Skilled Clinicians & State-of-the-Art Equipment

So much can be done to help those recovering from illness or surgery to regain strength. Savannah Grace dedicates more attention to rehabilitation and therapy than many other nursing centers. To this end, we offer state-of-the-art rehabilitation and exercise equipment. Most importantly, we have our own staff of full-time therapists who are dedicated to restoring the patients’ health and well-being.

One-on-One Attention

We offer individualized, one-on-one treatment as well as group therapy programs. Our interdisciplinary teams, consisting of the resident’s nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, social worker and physician, prepare a treatment and therapy plan for each participant. Families are encouraged to become involved in this process. A typical rehabilitation program lasts for a few days or a few weeks, after which most of our patients return home
