Our 176 bed nursing center offers 24-hour skilled nursing care in a peaceful setting where each resident’s quality of life is enhanced and each individual’s dignity is respected. We offer short-term rehabilitation and long term residency. We are confident and proud to provide quality care in a beautiful setting. Additionally, Sandpiper has the area’s only in-house geriatric certified physician as Medical Director.

Sandpiper Rehab proudly presents our 28 bed therapy unit, located in a secured private wing that offers state of the art therapy with the goal of returning home to an independent level of functioning.

It is specifically designed for patients after a 3-day hospital stay who need:

• Extensive therapy before returning home
• Stroke Recovery on Strengthening
• Physical and/or Occupational Therapy for all Orthopedic Injuries and Procedures
• Head Injury and Neurological Patients
• Speech and Recreational Therapy

Therapy Services:

• Offered 6 days per week
• May include up to 100 days of intensive therapy
• Paid by Medicare and Private Insurance
