Your Lifeline Personal Help Button connects you to a highly trained Personal Response Associate who will quickly assess your situation. They can contact a neighbor, family member, or if you need emergency services, they can dispatch assistance and retrieve relevant medical information from your profile.
The Lifeline Response Center uses state-of-the-art technology and caring, patient Personal Response Associates when speaking with you.

Falls are a serious problem for seniors. One out of three people age 65 and older fall each year. Half of them will fall more than once. Not only are falls common, their consequences can be catastrophic. Of those who fall, 20 – 30% suffer moderate to severe injuries, often compromising their ability to continue living independently.
