Our admission team is available 7 days a week to accommodate individual needs for admissions and after hour inquiries.

Quality of Life Programming

The goal of our interdisciplinary staff is to facilitate an optimal level of independence for each patient. The basis for all individual programs is to help patients maintain and improve daily living skills. Our staff is dedicated to working with each patient on the following activities:

• Ambulation and gait training

• Skin management

• Diet and nutrition counseling

• Passive range of motion (contracture and bed-bound patients)

• Bowel and bladder re-training

• Reinforcement of personal care skills (such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating)
